Namrata Enterprises is looking for a responsible and experienced Field Supervisor to supervise Runner Boys and manage in office operations related to hoardings and documentation work.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and guide Runner Boys in daily field tasks
✔ Monitor document submissions and collections
✔ Ensure timely visits to municipal/government offices
✔ Coordinate with the liaisoning team
✔ Track hoarding site visits and photo documentation
✔ Report daily field updates to management
Requirements:
Graduate preferred
Experience in field supervision / outdoor operations preferred
Strong coordination and leadership skills
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
Knowledge of Pune city routes
