Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales & Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits to dealers, distributors, builders, architects, and interior designers

Territory Management
- Manage sales operations within the assigned territory
- Ensure market penetration and brand visibility
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Channel Sales & Distribution Management
- Appoint and onboard new dealers and distributors
- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners
- Ensure product availability and stock movement in the market

Project & Institutional Sales
- Coordinate with builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Get Jainson products specified in current construction and renovation projects
- Understand technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions





Sales Coordination & After-Sales Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and product delivery
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven skills in sales, business development, lead generation, and market analysis:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills:
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills:
- Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Prior experience in locks, hardware, building materials, or related industries is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
