Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and support teams with insights that drive smart decisions. Be the go-to person for business trends and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare and maintain periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) MIS reports covering key metrics (e.g. production volume, scrap, downtime, capacity utilization, order fulfilment, inventory levels, material consumption, cost variances).
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (ERP, shop-floor logs, manual sheets, machines) into central MIS.
- Update dashboards for management visualization of KPIs and trends.
- Monitor variances, anomalies, deviations, and trigger alerts / exceptions.
- Support dashboards for sales, procurement, quality, maintenance, logistics, and financial interfaces (for cross-functional visibility).

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Management, Computer Science, or related field.




- 1,3 years experience in MIS / data analytics / reporting role (manufacturing or operations preferred). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas). Experience with Power Automate, Power BI.
- Basic scripting / automation (VBA, Python, SQL, macros, Power Query etc.) Understanding of ERP systems / shop-floor systems Knowledge of data modelling, dashboards and visualization best practices.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, metrics (OEE, throughput, scrap, downtime etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders Interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple departments.
