About the Opportunity

At Jaipur Ethnic, we believe in diversity of thought. We are looking for talented Freelance Fashion Designers to join our "Creative Hub." Instead of a single in-house designer, we want to collaborate with multiple creative minds to bring a fresh and varied perspective to our Women’s Ethnic Wear collections.

What We Are Looking For

We need designers who specialize in Co-ord Sets, Kurti-Dupatta Sets, Anarkali Suits. You should be able to provide end-to-end concepts that are ready for our production team to execute.

Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: create original, market-trending designs to cater demands of wholesalers of Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat and Retailers of all India.
- Production Blueprint: Provide detailed instructions for each selected design, including:
- Fabric Sourcing:



Guidance on which fabric to use and where to procure/print it.
- Embellishments: Detailed mapping for embroidery, handwork, or lace matching.
- Sourcing Sources: Recommend specific vendors or units for printing and embroidery job work.
- Tech Packs: Deliver clear sketches and measurement charts so our production department can handle the process seamlessly.

Payment Model
- Pay-Per-Design: We pay for every design selected for production. No fixed monthly commitments—work at your own pace and earn based on your creativity.
- Remote Work: This is a 100% remote role. However, if you are based in Jaipur and prefer to visit our facility for coordination, you are welcome.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing Indian Ethnic Wear.
- Deep understanding of Jaipur’s têxtile heritage (Sanganeri prints, Bagru, Gota Patti, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of fabric types and local sourcing markets.
- Ability to deliver production-ready concepts independently.
