Work proactively with the customer to ensure timely delivery of goods, acceptance at the customer end and prompt release of payment. The job entail coordination with all departments, including Logistics, Accounts, Sales and with the OEM. The job comprises of the below activities:
- Providing excellent customer service (details given below)
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods to the customer
- Coordinating with the transporter for resolution of issues
- Getting payments released by regular follow ups
- Developing qualified relationships with customers for repeat business
- Updating prices on GEM every week to ensure L1 position
- Uploading new catalogues on GEM
- Following up with OEM/Manufacturers for documents/data required for offer submission
- Maintaining records such as Order Status, Payment Status, Upcoming Bids, Pending Bids
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
