The Early Years Educator is responsible for nurturing, educating, and caring for children aged 1.5 to 6 years. The educator creates a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment that promotes children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
- plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a warm, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about child development and classroom activities.
- Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom routines such as circle time, snack time, playtime, and nap time.
- Encourage positive behavior and guide children with patience and empathy.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and career development programs.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organize learning materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
