Job Description - Barista
Location: Coffee Kiosk / Corporate Site
Reporting To: Store Supervisor / Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring excellent customer service, hygiene, and smooth kiosk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standards
- Operate coffee machines and POS/cash counter
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage basic stock and follow safety guidelines
- Provide polite and prompt customer service
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass
- 0-2 years experience
- Basic coffee knowledge and good communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts
Compensation: As per company policy
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
