Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using BIM software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve clashes and ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project workflows are followed.
- Perform clash detection and model validation.
- Update models based on design changes and client feedback.
- Generate BOQs, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
- Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.




- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Experience in clash detection and coordination.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale commercial/residential projects.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
- Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
