Position Overview:
Are you a personable, compassionate, and organized individual with a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives? If so, Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face and the warm heart of our healthcare center. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and Comfort:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm, friendly, and empathetic demeanour.
- Create a calming and inviting atmosphere in the waiting area, ensuring patients feel valued andmrespected.
- Offer assistance and information to patients to ease any anxieties or concerns.
2. Appointment Management:
- Efficiently schedule appointments, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain a well-organized appointment calendar, making sure patients are seen promptly.
- Confirm and reschedule appointments as necessary, showing empathy for their needs.

Patient Relations:
- Establish a strong rapport with patients, displaying excellent listening and communication skills.
- Provide support and answer inquiries regarding clinic services, pricing, and general health
queries.
- Handle patient feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our clinic.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle billing and insurance-related tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in managing clinic inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with medical staff, nurses, and other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to facilitate effective patient care.
