Job Purpose To manage the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and mínimal wastage, while supporting production and operational efficiency.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical counts of all inventory items.
- Compare physical stock with recorded inventory and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare stock reconciliation reports.
- Implement measures to prevent inventory mismatches or losses.
- Track inventory usage and generate Inventory Consumption Reports.
- Monitor trends and support budgeting and procurement planning.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely material availability. - Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Monitor material losses and implement strategies to minimize wastage.




- Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage, spoilage, or obsolescence. - Enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for all materials.
- Prepare reports on wastage and suggest corrective actions.
- Supervise warehouse and store staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Continuously review warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Maintain equipment and facility in valuable working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, inventory transactions, and reconciliations.
- Prepare reports for management review on inventory status, consumption trends, and wastage.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
