Job Description:
- Assign and monitor dispatch tasks to meet delivery timelines and SLAs.
- Coordinate shipments, optimize routes, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
- Act as escalation point for key B2B clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and utilization rates.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to align workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
