- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services and advantages of the company’s products/ services to potential clients
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
- Addressing concerns, uncertainties and suggestions of your customers and clients on time
- Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and also backing up relevant data
