Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer with 1+ year of experience in the IT/B2B domain who cancreate high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content. The role requires robust collaboration with internal teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and real client use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop case studies and client success stories by coordinating with internal teams and clients
- Work closely with Sales and Implementation teams to gather insights, use cases, and
customer pain points

- Should’ve experience in SEO-optimized blogs and website content and B2B social
media content
Required Skills:
- 1+ year experience in B2B IT / SaaS / Tech content writing
- Strong understanding of SEO and content structure
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear content
- Good communication skills for cross-team coordination
- Strong research and writing skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP, Construction Tech, or AI-related content
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Understanding of content performance metrics
KRA & KPI Overview
- Deliver consistent B2B content output (blogs, social posts, case studies)
- Create content that supports brand visibility and lead generation
- Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, and Clients to extract real insights
