About Company

Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated from marketing, walk-ins, and online inquiries:
- Understand client requirements and pitch Dreemofy’s modular interior solutions:
- Schedule site visits and design consultations for sales team
- Maintain daily call records and lead status in CRM / Excel
- Explain offers, packages, and project process to customers
- Handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments
- Coordinate with sales designers for smooth handover of qualified leads
- Achieve daily/weekly call & booking targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) & basic English:
- Confident phone handling and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of interiors / furniture is a plus (training will be provided)
- Ability to work with targets and timelines
- Positive attitude and learning mindset
