What needs to be done ?

A. Project Execution

Description:
- Liason with contractors on site and officials of various government / non - government departments on company's behalf.
- Maintain pool of civil and electrical contractors
- Ensure quality work at site
- Work completion certificate, bill submission and payment realisation
- Salary / payable processing for ongoing sites in collaboration with HR
- Maintaining log book of all EMD/ SD/BG/ other receivables for each tender
- All related paper work, documentation, and SOP formulation for later references.

Additional Info: Timely work completion and payment realisation shall earn incentive Rs. 20,000

B. Projects Procurement

Description:
- Daily monitoring of tender webistes for new tenders. Maintaining and updating catalogue(s) for such online sale opportunities.
- Procuring and maintaining all necessary licenses, certificates, tools etc which may be needed for participating in tenders.
- Liasoning with brand representatives on behalf of company
- Preparing documentation and participating in tenders





Additional Info: (Each work order shall attract incentive Rs. 20,000)

C. Project Sales

Description:
- Generate inquiry for B2B or B2G sales of products available in company's portfolio
- Identify talent and develop a team
- Inventory Management
- MIS and reporting

Eligibility - Who should apply?
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil / Electrical from any AICTE and UGC approved university
- Work experience - site work 3-5 years
- Experience in team supervision shall be given preference. Knowledge of CAED and other engineering softwares.
- Probation 06 months
- Valid DL and availability of a two wheeler for official usage is must

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Monthly salary Rs. 25,000 per month.
