We are looking for a polished, patient-centric Front Desk Executive to manage appointments and patient interactions exclusively for a senior doctor. This role is the face of the clinic—someone who can handle patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism while keeping the doctor’s schedule running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage doctor’s appointments efficiently (walk-ins, calls, follow-ups)
- Greet patients courteously and ensure a calm, respectful clinic environment
- Handle patient flow, waiting times, and basic coordination
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp queries professionally
- Maintain patient records (manual or digital)
- Collect fees, issue receipts, and maintain basic billing records
- Coordinate with patients for follow-ups and investigations if needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken is a must)




- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in clinic / hospital / healthcare front desk preferred
- Solid sense of hospitality and empathy
- Ability to stay calm during busy OPD hours
- Basic computer knowledge (appointments, Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
