Position Overview

This role involves multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, model development up to LOD 350/400, and supporting engineering teams through detailed design and IFC stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems:
- Prepare 3D models from concept to IFC stage (LOD 300-400)
- Perform Clash Detection using Navisworks:
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Structural design teams
- Extract BOQs, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings
- Work on US Data Center and Substation projects (NEC / ANSI compliance exposure preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on BIM modelling experience
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Autodesk Revit (Architecture & MEP)




- Navisworks (Clash detection)
- AutoCAD
- Understanding of:
- MEP services routing (HVAC ducts, cable trays, piping, fire fighting)
- Architectural detailing
- LOD standards (LOD 300 / 350 / 400)
- Experience in Data Center / Industrial / Infrastructure projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Pay: ₹35,239.39 - ₹60,363.80 per month
