At Novella, we’re building the next global benchmark in luxury wedding storytelling. We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor who doesn't just cut footage — but crafts visual poetry. If you’re obsessed with color tones, narrative pacing, background scores, and cinematic finesse — you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll be working closely with the in-house cinematography and sound teams to create reels, teasers, wedding films, editorials, and social campaigns that reflect precision, luxury, and emotion.
- Key Responsibilities

Edit cinematic wedding teasers, highlight films, and social media content that feels like a Sabyasachi ad

Handle full video post-production including timeline sync, storytelling, music sync, transitions, SFX, and final output

Create brand-level content such as editorial reels, Instagram films, moodboards, and promotional visuals

Work with raw footage from REDs, mirrorless, gimbals, and drones




- Collaborate with music and creative teams to select or manually compose emotional and luxury-oriented background scores
- Maintain mínimalist yet expressive aesthetics in line with the Novella visual tone
- Manage multiple parallel timelines and deliver with quality under tight deadlines
- Color grading expertise using DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or FCP
- Stay updated with AI editing tools and use them to speed up the workflow while keeping artistic control
- Bonus Responsibilities
- Music composition or remixing skills using software like FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro
- Knowledge of surround mixing, transitions, ambient layering
- Experience with green screen shoots and VFX cleanup
- Ability to storyboard or pre-visualize teaser cuts
