Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges, coaching institutes, and student hubs to promote hostel services
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and direct interaction
- Build and maintain relationships with college authorities and student communities
- Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, and events
- Handle student inquiries and provide accurate information about hostel facilities
- Coordinate with the internal team for bookings and occupancy updates
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (Marketing preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing/sales (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work and travel within Nashik
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
