About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Documentation: Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, and electrical layouts) using AutoCAD based on sketches provided by the Principal Architect.
- 3D Visualization: Assist in creating basic 3D models and renders using SketchUp or Revit for client presentations.
- GFC Drawings: Generate "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings with accurate measurements and specifications for site execution.
- BOQ Assistance: Assist the quantity surveyor in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) by extracting measurements from drawings.
- Site Coordination: Occasionally visit sites in/around Ahmedabad to take measurements and ensure designs are being followed (under supervision).
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local GDCR (General Development Control Regulations) and AUDA/AMC norms.
- Education: Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsman Certification. (B.Arch graduates looking for technical exposure may also apply).
- Software Skills:
- Expert: AutoCAD (2D is mandatory).
- Intermediate:



Google SketchUp (Basic modeling).
- Bonus: Revit, Photoshop, or MS Excel.
- Key Traits:
- Strong understanding of scale, proportion, and construction details.
- Ability to read and interpret rough sketches.
- Punctual and organized with file management (layering systems in CAD).
