Profile: Project Controls-Construction-Surat-40k

Experience:
- 2 - 6 Years
- Must have experience in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure Projects
- Experience in Project Monitoring / Planning / PMC environment preferred

Salary Range: 35k - 40k

Roles:
- Implementation and operation of in office Project Management Software
- Software setup, activity configuration & user creation
- Daily progress data collection from site team and system updating
- Preparation of DPR / WPR / MPR reports
- Planned vs Achieved tracking & delay analysis
- Backend project monitoring & coordination with planning team
- Documentation & digital record management of project data
- Assist in project scheduling & tracking milestones
- Training site staff on usage of project software
- Coordination with contractors, consultants & client representatives
- Occasional site visits for verification & monitoring
- Ensuring accurate reporting to management

Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech - Civil Engineering (Not mandatory)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (with relevant experience also considered)
