Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years in Textile Industry
- Experience in client coordination and order handling preferred
Salary Range: 22k - 25k
Roles:
Client Coordination & Relationship Management:
- Coordinate with clients via calls & WhatsApp for orders, designs & follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand and communicate client requirements clearly
Order Processing & Internal Coordination:
- Handle complete order processing cycle
- Coordinate with Production Department for design execution & timelines
- Coordinate with Dispatch Department for timely deliveries
- Provide regular order status updates to clients
Design & Data Management:
- Maintain and update design photos properly
- Organize design files in mobile & PC systems for easy retrieval
Digital Presence & Online Inquiry Handling:
- Manage WhatsApp Business & digital catalogs
- Respond to online inquiries (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) promptly and share product details
- Handle B2B sales inquiries from IndiaMART, Google, Just Dial & ExportersIndia and convert them into confirmed orders.
Client Data Management:
- Maintain updated client database (contacts, order history, preferences)
