Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Mobilization:
- Design and implement strategies to raise awareness of available programs and encourage community participation.
- Foster relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and organizations to create a network of support for the training programs.
- Program Management:
- Oversee the delivery of skill training programs, ensuring they meet community needs and organizational goals.
- Ensure that training content is relevant, accessible, and culturally appropriate.
- Monitor the progress of participants throughout the training programs and provide ongoing support.

Skills Required:




- Community Engagement & Outreach:
- Strong skills in building relationships with local communities, understanding their needs, and mobilizing resources effectively.
- Ability to conduct community surveys, focus groups, and interviews to understand the challenges and aspirations of the target groups.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Solid leadership skills to guide, support, and mentor a team of mobilizers, trainers, and other personnel.
- Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to work in diverse, multicultural settings and adapt communication and outreach strategies to different cultural contexts.
