WE ARE HIRING - FITTER (HEAVY FABRICATION / INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS)

Position: Fitter - Heavy Fabrication / Industrial Projects
Location: Serophuli, Delhi Road
Experience Required: 5-10 years
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Nature of Work (Must-Have Experience):
- Fabrication & fit-up of heavy structures including:
- Basic building structures
- Conveyor structures (Stringers, Chutes, Base Frames, etc.)
- Gates such as Rod Gate, RP Gate, etc.
- Structural assemblies
- Hoppers, ducts, support frames
- Independent marking, alignment, leveling, and fit-up as per drawings
- Assembly work ensuring squareness, parallelism, and dimensional tolerance

Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to read and understand fabrication & GA drawings:




- Sound knowledge of fit-up for welding processes (SMAW / MIG / SAW)
- Hands-on experience with measuring tools:
- Measuring tape
- Try square
- Spirit level
- Vernier caliper
- Strong experience in shop fabrication:
- _(Site/project experience will be an added advantage)_

Additional Preference:
- Ability to handle 2-4 helpers independently
- Understanding of quality standards and safety practices:
- Exposure to steel plant / power plant / EPC projects preferred

Work Location: Serophuli, Delhi Road

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,608.14 - ₹25,536.16 per month
