Role Summary

The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the preschool branch, including admissions, team leadership, operational efficiency, and parent relationship management. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive enrollment growth while ensuring high standards of academic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end admission process, ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment targets.
- Serve as the primary representative of the branch for prospective and existing parents, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.




- Supervise and coordinate teachers, nannies, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain discipline, quality standards, and adherence to organizational policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment, performance monitoring, and team-oriented functioning.
- Oversee classroom readiness, hygiene, safety, and compliance with childcare standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback as required.
- Prepare periodic reports on admissions, operations, and overall branch performance for management review.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment for children at all times.
