Job Title: Sales Trainer - Awal’s Spoken English Programs

Key Responsibilities

Sales Training & Coaching
- Design and deliver sales training programs specifically for Awal’s Spoken English courses:
- Train new and existing sales executives on:
- Course features, benefits, and learner outcomes
- Consultative selling and needs-based counseling
- Objection handling and closing techniques
- Conduct regular role-plays, mock calls, and pitch practice sessions

Performance Improvement
- Identify skill gaps in the sales team and create improvement plans
- Work closely with sales managers to improve:
- Conversion rates
- Lead-to-enrollment ratios
- Call quality and confidence of counselors
- Provide ongoing feedback and one-on-one coaching

Product & Process Alignment
- Ensure the sales team clearly understands:
- Spoken English course structure
- Learning journey and outcomes
- Pricing, offers, and enrollment processes
- Align sales pitches with brand tone and customer expectations





Content & Training Material
- Create and update:
- Sales scripts and pitch decks
- FAQs and objection-handling guides
- Call evaluation frameworks
- Help standardize sales communication across teams

Quality Monitoring
- Monitor sales calls and counseling sessions on CRM tool
- Conduct call audits and share actionable feedback
- Ensure compliance with ethical sales practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in edtech, language learning, or skill development.:
- Strong understanding of:
- Inside sales / telesales processes
- Selling educational or subscription-based products
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong presentation, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking.
