A Restaurant Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating operations to provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables
- Manage reservations and waiting lists
- Answer phone calls and take bookings
- Coordinate with service staff for table availability
- Maintain cleanliness of reception and waiting area
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely
- Inform guests about daily specials and promotions
- Thank guests while they leave

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (for reservation system)
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays




- Prior restaurant/hotel experience preferred
- Ability to handle pressure during busy hours
