Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer closure)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Conduct and coordinate aptitude tests
- Handle background verification and document checks
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
- Maintain hiring data and master sheets
Desired Requirements
- Proven ability to source and hire quality talent
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
