Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Prepare daily production and performance reports
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile
- 3-7 years of experience in automobile manufacturing or assembly line supervision
- Solid leadership and team management skills
