We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to connect with students and parents, understand their requirements, and guide them about our educational courses and services.

Responsibilities:
- Call to our provided leads
- Explain Services, programs, fees, and benefits clearly
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status
- Answer student queries professionally and politely
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team

Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & basic English:
- Pleasant personality and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp)
- Ability to handle student queries patiently
- Prior experience in education counseling or telecalling is a plus (not mandatory)
