The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. She represents the company’s first impression and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area—clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle visitor entry, registration, and issue visitor passes
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting room bookings
- Maintain records of visitors and calls
- Provide basic administrative support (printing, scanning, filing)




- Coordinate with HR/Admin team for employee documents
- Support office events, meetings, and daily operations
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- Ensure smooth communication between departments

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum HSC or Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Pleasant personality and skilled behavior
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Customer service-oriented
- Time management and organizational skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
