Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Supervise daily site activities, monitor progress, and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Technical Oversight: Review and interpret design plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure they are followed correctly on site.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure all construction activities comply with building codes and legal regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process.
- Material & Resource Management: Ensure the timely delivery of necessary construction materials and manage site resources effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project reports, updates, and other necessary work documentation.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
