Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate (HR / IR / Labor Laws preferred)

Diploma or Degree in Labor Laws / Personnel Management is an advantage

Experience

2-6 years of experience in Industrial Relations

Experience in Manufacturing / Power plant / Mining / Logistics / Construction preferred

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws

Union negotiation and conflict management skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure situations calmly

Documentation and compliance orientation

Local Languages

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
