About the role

Key Responsibilities




- Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight across:
- Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Dynamics 365 F&O; (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
- Power Platform integration
- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
- Design and implement data migration, integration, and reporting strategies using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure Service Bus. (Secondary)
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and industry trends to guide clients on modernizatio
