- Relevant experience in Pega CDH
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CPDC/CDH certified.
- Experience in NBA Designer, NBAD framework.
- Experienced in adaptive/predictive model, decision strategy, NBA, propensity models, decision tables, personalized customer experience (adaptive model) etc.
- Experienced in In bound/out bound, adaptive/predictive model, request/response messages etc
- Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities, mainly Pega CDH, business process management (BPM), and Experience with integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, connectors
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
