Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain Sun Shaper Energy’s solar products and services
- Generate leads and schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team
- Explain the benefits of solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses




- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales (freshers can apply)
- Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
- Basic computer knowledge

Experience
- Fresher or 1-2 years of telecalling/sales experience preferred
