About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-impact animated and video content for digital platforms. This role focuses on motion graphics, animations, reels, ads, and brand storytelling for multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create motion graphics, animations, and animated text elements
2. Design logo animations, intro/outro videos, and explainer videos
3. Edit reels, short-form videos, ads, and brand videos
4. Add subtitles, sound effects, music, transitions, and motion layers
5. Bring static designs to life using animation principles
6. Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
7. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams
8. Follow content calendars, briefs, and deadlines
9. Incorporate feedback and performance insights into creatives

Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing
2. Solid command of After Effects (mandatory)
3.



Proficiency in Premiere Pro
4. Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
5. Understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
6. Experience creating content for social media and ads
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
8. Agency experience is a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Quality and creativity of motion graphics and videos
2. Timely delivery as per content calendar and briefs
3. Performance of reels and ads (reach, engagement, watch time)
4. Effectiveness of animations in storytelling and branding
5. Feedback incorporation and revision turnaround time
6. Consistency in visual and motion style
7. Contribution of motion content to account and campaign growth

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
