Job Description:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing Google Sheets to streamline factory processes and support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to tailor data management tools for efficient workflow and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and maintain customized Google Sheets as per company needs to support factory operations.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for data analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and create tailored data management solutions.
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency within all MIS tools.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on using Google Sheets and other data tools.
- Assist in optimizing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency in factory operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS or a similar role involving data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and advanced functions (e.g., complex formulas, scripting, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and customize MIS tools based on business needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional data management software/tools is advantageous.
