Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive international voice calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information
- Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in international voice process
- Language: Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
- Age: 18-35 years
- Basic computer knowledge is required
