Job Title: Nursing Counsellor / Sales Executive (Admissions & Job Placement)

- NOTE -Mandatory to come 2 days in office this is hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads related to Nursing Jobs Abroad & Nursing Study Programs.
- Counsel nurses and students on overseas nursing opportunities (Germany, Europe, and other destinations).
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions and job placements through effective follow-ups and closing skills.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain call records, follow-up data, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with internal processing and documentation teams.
- Follow company sales processes and management instructions.

Required Skills & Profile:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (English + local language preferred).
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals.
- Experience in nursing counselling, healthcare recruitment, or education sales preferred.




- Knowledge of nursing jobs abroad or nursing study programs is an advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and pressure.
- Self-motivated and performance-driven.

Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Uncapped Incentives on every successful conversion
Performance-based growth and promotion opportunities

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Nursing background is a plus).
- Minimum 2 year experience in sales / counselling / recruitment preferred. strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
