Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and format school materials (certificates, circulars, posters, banners, worksheets, ID cards, etc.).

Prepare print-ready files using DTP software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Word.

Edit, align, resize images and text as per school requirements.

Take printouts and ensure proper layout, color accuracy, and quality.

Maintain soft copy and hard copy records of all designs.

Coordinate with teachers and admin staff for content corrections and approvals.

Make quick changes as per instructions from management/principal.

Handle basic scanning, photocopying, and lamination work.

Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of student and school data.

Skills Required:




Positive knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, MS Word, and InDesign.

Basic understanding of printing processes.

Good typing and formatting skills.

Attention to detail and time management.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualification:
Any graduate / Diploma in DTP or Graphic Designing (preferred).

Minimum 1 year experience as DTP Operator (freshers with skills can apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
