- Assessment: Assign homework, grade assignments/quizzes, administer tests, and document student progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.
- Student Support: Provide extra help, adapt teaching for different learning needs, and encourage critical thinking.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues, parents, and staff; attend meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
