Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation work at project sites including wiring, panel installation, lighting, power distribution, and earthing systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of electrical work.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications before execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure all electrical works are carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks at site.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide timely resolution.
- Maintain records of site progress, material consumption, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory electrical safety norms and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement team for electrical materials and equipment requirements.
- Assist in testing, commissioning,



and handover of electrical systems.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical supervision in real estate or construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
