What you can expect:
The Sr. Manager - Strategy & Business Transformation / Chief of Staff acts as the senior operational leader responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the MIBA Engineering Center (MEC). This executive will ensuring all major delivery programs are executed flawlessly.

This role requires IT background, executive-level communication skills (Stakeholder Management, Governance & Power Point mastery), and a proven ability to manage high-stakes events and complex programs across global geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Ensure strategic maturity of the MEC, driving strategy to execution. Leverage operating models (People, Process, Technology) to continuously improvement.

Business Service Transition: Own the end-to-end management of business and technology support service transitions (e.g., finance processes, HR systems, IT projects, manufacturing support) into the MEC. Develop robust transition playbooks, manage knowledge transfer,



and ensure zero business disruption.

Vendor Strategy: Establish and drive strategic vendor management and rationalization efforts, using financial acumen to assess build vs. buy options and optimize third-party spend.

Stakeholder management and Communications: Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with Global IT Leadership (CTO), Regional Business Heads, and Functional VPs. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and conflict resolution. Deliver executive level presentations and narratives for execution. Plan, manage, and execute high-stakes internal and external events

AI Initiative Driver: Serve as the primary executive driver for identifying, prioritizing, and championing high-impact AI and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives across all business functions (e.g., predictive maintenance in manufacturing, intelligent quality control, GenAI for internal support)
