Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Management:
- Execute the Daily/Weekly Production Plan to meet output targets efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving any issues, bottlenecks, or delays (e.g., equipment malfunctions, material shortages) promptly.
- Optimizing shift Schedueling, productivity and Line Assignments.
- Generate and analyze daily and weekly production performance reports (e.g., batch yields, OEE, waste reports).

2. Quality and Food Safety Compliance: -
- Oversee all Quality Control (QC) including HACCP, GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices), ISO standards, and FSSAI/FDA regulations.
- Manage sanitation and hygiene protocols (SSOPs) for equipment and the production area.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team on audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for non-conformities.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in Food Science and Food engineering is required.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing food and beverage industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
