Job Title: Tally Operator - Store & Inventory Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily stock entries in Tally (mandatory):
- Handle inward & outward material entries
- Prepare Delivery Challan (DC), GRN & stock reports
- Track material dispatch and site returns
- Maintain proper store documentation and records
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and site teams
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials
- Maintain physical stock vs system stock accuracy

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years experience in Tally & Store Management:
- Good knowledge of inventory handling




- Basic understanding of DC, GRN, billing process
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic communication skills

Preferred Industry Background:
Experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, or Electronic Products industry will be an advantage.
