Role Objective

To identify, survey, and secure recent commercial and industrial property inventory from local markets and property owners in the vicinity.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct area surveys in industrial and commercial zones such as Okhla Industrial Area, Mohan Cooperative, Jasola, and nearby locations.
- Identify available properties for sale, lease, or rental.
- Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and local guards.
- Maintain regular updates of available property inventory.
- Collect key details such as:
- Property size
- Ownership details
- Asking price / rent
- Current status
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding newly available opportunities.




- Assist in property verification and initial documentation when required.

Desired Profile
- Prior experience in real estate field work or brokerage preferred
- Good local area knowledge
- Strong networking ability
- Self-motivated and field-oriented
- Basic understanding of commercial property

Qualification

Graduate preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
