PRT English(Primary Teacher - English)

Position Overview:
The PRT English teacher is responsible for teaching English language skills to primary school students (Classes I to V). The teacher will focus on developing foundational skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening while creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach basic English language skills including phonics, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans according to the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods (stories, rhymes, activities, games).
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Assign classwork and homework appropriately.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school activities, events,



and staff meetings.
- Prepare students for internal examinations and evaluations.

Qualification & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. English preferred).
- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- CTET qualified (Paper I) - Preferred/Required as per school norms.
- Good command over spoken and written English.
- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling skills.

Experience:
- 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.

- Patience and child-friendly approach.
- Creativity in teaching methods.
- Classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage young learner

Pay: ₹8,732.76 - ₹16,000.00 per month
