Job Summary

We are looking for a committed individual with robust reading and writing skills in both English and Hindi, and a passion for working with children.

Schools Location:
Malviya Nagar, Kailash Colony and RK Puram

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging play sessions for primary grade students in school settings.
- Facilitate learning and development through toys, games, and storybooks, ensuring children’s safety and well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the playroom and designated outdoor play areas within defined guidelines.
- Support ongoing programs and projects through regular documentation (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Report and document any incidents involving children, staff, or stakeholders to the Playroom Supervisor.




- Develop innovative knowledge materials based on program interventions, impact, and learnings.
- Assist field teams and community members in conducting small-scale surveys to understand social trends and contribute to advocacy efforts.

Experience & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Freshers with a strong interest in child development and community work are encouraged to apply

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
