Department: Homogeneous Catalysis - Production / R&D;
Qualification:
- MSc Organic Chemistry

Experience: 3-5 years in Process Development Lab (PD Lab)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and scale up organic and catalytic chemical processes.
- Conduct laboratory-scale reactions and support transfer to pilot plant or production.
- Work on homogeneous catalysis processes, reaction optimization, and yield improvement.
- Prepare detailed experimental reports, process flow diagrams, and scale-up documents.
- Collaborate with production, QC, and QA teams during technology transfer.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot reaction issues and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GMP,



and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper documentation including lab notebooks and development reports.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and catalytic reactions.
- Hands-on experience in PD Lab activities and scale-up studies.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques (GC, HPLC, NMR, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with strong technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
